well

Garbage, it wouldn’t connect to wifi . I paid for return item. Never got my shipping return fee back !

Excellent product, it only uses 2.4g Wi-Fi. But that's not a problem.

The product does not meet what was advertised. Despite indicating 4 GB of RAM, a Quad-Core processor, and 4K capability, the device operates excessively slowly even when navigating through the menus. Netflix does not respond correctly to the remote control, forces the use of a mouse, and presents crashes that prevent normal use. The Internet connection was verified using an Ethernet cable and YouTube works, so the issue corresponds to the performance and compatibility of the TV Box. It also doesn't seem to be using a modern and optimized version of Android TV. I do not recommend purchasing it and will request a refund.

Excellent product, meets the specifications

The equipment is faulty, it doesn't turn on.

Very bad device. Very slow, disconnects from Wi-Fi, does not load some applications. Disappointed to have made this payment.

Very slow, you press a button on the remote and it moves after a few seconds. It gets stuck. I do not recommend it. If I could return it, I would without a doubt.

The keyboard is not wireless but can only be connected with a short USB cable.

Very good product, I will recommend it to my friends.

Dint works, dont charge or turn on.

Well

A good product, arrived on time and the quality is what I expected.

It arrived quickly and in good condition.

Fast delivery!

Nice smooth box with clean front end.

Not too much bloatware.

Includes a file manager which some boxes don't have.

Bluetooth remote is a nice addition for reliable remote response.
